Why Edelweiss?
A Story of Resilience and Natural Beauty
Edelweiss Flower Farm is named after the resilient alpine flower of Austria—a symbol of perseverance that blooms in the harshest conditions of the snowy Alps. Like that little white flower, we believe beauty doesn't need chemicals to thrive.
I fell in love with Edelweiss as a child, watching "The Sound of Music" and hearing that unforgettable song. Years later, when I named my German Shepherd Edelweiss, the connection deepened. Now, as a flower farmer in Ludington, MI, that same spirit of resilience guides everything we grow.
